The Minnesota Supreme Court announced on Apr. 15 that it is seeking attorney applicants for two vacancies on the Standing Committee for No-Fault Arbitration. The positions require experience in personal injury work, and each vacancy will be filled for a four-year term beginning January 1, 2026, and ending December 31, 2029. Terms may be renewed once.
The Standing Committee plays a key role in overseeing the administration of no-fault claims by the American Arbitration Association and the No-Fault Arbitrator Panel. Its responsibilities include investigating administrative and arbitrator complaints as well as hearing appeals under Rule 8 of the No-Fault Arbitration Rules.
Committee meetings are scheduled quarterly: on the third Friday of January, April, and July, and on the second Friday in October. Interested attorneys must submit a letter of interest along with their resume to Christa Rutherford-Block, Clerk of the Appellate Courts, via email at mjcappellateclerkofcourt@courts.state.mn.us by 4:30 pm on Friday, May 1st, 2026.
